Beach clean at Ryde marina to Appley tower

Come and join us for a family friend beach walk and clean starting at the lifeguard cabin Harbour beach Ryde to Appley tower.

We will collect beach litter and be keeping a tally of how many cigarette butts we find along the way. We can also see what interesting things we can find on the strandline and spend a short while looking for plastic pellets ( nurdles)

Please bring gloves/litter pickers if you have them  but spares available

Please: wear sensible footwear - trainers , boots ( no flipflops, sandles please), wear layers suitable for the weather e.g sun hats, rain jacket, bring along a hot drink/water, epi pen or inhaler if used.

The walk is generally flat and sandy please make sure your level of ability/fitness is adequate for this walk.
