Thank you for signing up to help you coast!
Please meet at Knowles Farm for 12.30. We will walk along to the beach once after a quick H and S and give out equipment.
Please bring
Water, Gloves if you have them, but we have spare gloves and litter pickers.
Epi pen/Inhaler if you need them
Please wear sensible footwear, trainers-boots
