About the event
Thank you for signing up to help you coast!
Please meet at Knowles Farm for 12.30. We will walk along to the beach once after a quick H and S and give out equipment.
Please bring
Water, Gloves if you have them, but we have spare gloves and litter pickers.
Epi pen/Inhaler if you need them
Please wear sensible footwear, trainers-boots
Difficulty - moderate
The beach here is uneven with large rocks and shingle. There is a 5-10 walk to the beach and a slope down. Please ensure this is suitable for your level of fitness.
Children over 12years welcomed. ( must be accompanied by parent/guardian at all times)
